PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE - WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt of the order, according to GEO no. 34/2014


1. Complete the RETURN FORM and include it in the product box

2. Ensure that the products are in the condition in which they were received, with labels and accessories included

3. Pack the products in the box in which they came and put the box in a protective packaging for transport (bag, insulating foil) so that they arrive in perfect condition at their destination.

4. Contact any courier company to send the parcel to our address, which you will find on the return form (DO NOT contact GLS courier, as they do not work with individuals)

The return costs are borne by the sender


In case you wish to EXCHANGE the received product, it is necessary to place a new order on the site with the desired product, and return the other one to us, following the return procedure already described. On the return form tick the box "change product" and mention the number of the new order placed, so that we can take into account your option


The money will be returned to your account in accordance with the legal provisions, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the parcel

By ordering in our shop, you agree to the return of your money by one of the two methods mentioned above (bank account refund or postal money order)

For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded on the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return

We do not send parcels with refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The right to cancel the purchase is valid only for individual customers.

Abuse of any kind leads to the blocking of the customer account and the system will no longer allow you to place orders on the avarca.ro website.

Attention! Returned products must be intact and clean as they were received, with no traces of wear or damage, accompanied by the product labels and fiscal documents / invoice.Products that show physical alterations, dents, cuts, scratches, shocks, traces of unauthorised use and/or interventions, etc. are not accepted for return. All products sold are new, so they meet all standards of compliance and quality.

If you do not ensure the original packaging of the product by appropriate packaging (bag, foil, paper), will be charged a fee of 20 lei, representing the cost of replacing the damaged box

If you plan to return the product, do not use it! You may not use the products you have received, before you make a decision on the cancellation of the contract of sale-purchase. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point 47)

If the Customer has returned a product for replacement and the Supplier does not have a suitable product available for replacement, the Supplier will offer the Customer the product's replacement value.

The conclusion of the contract shall take place at the time of issue of the tax invoice and not when the order is launched or when the automatic confirmation of receipt is issued.

Obligations of the consumer

The products must be delivered to SC AVARCA GROUP SRL without unjustified delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The consumer bears the return costs. Parcels that do not fall within this period will be refused

You can also request the return of products in the following cases:

- Product not functioning within the first 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt. In case the purchased product has been delivered non-functional or with manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, following written notification.

- Product in damaged parcel. For products whose parcels show visible damage on receipt by courier, we recommend that you do not accept receipt. For proof, the parcel can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the courier company's representative stating the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you in full at the moment you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent claim will not be considered.

- Products wrongly delivered. If a product other than the one ordered has been delivered.

We recommend to send the products by express courier.

In all the cases mentioned above, except for the one concerning defects during the warranty period, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, accompanied by all original accessories and documents. The products must not show any physical alterations, dents, scratches, shocks, traces of unauthorised use and/or interventions, etc. Damage to the products or putting them in a condition that makes their resale impossible will result in the refusal of return.

Any other problem related to the products and services presented on the site will be solved amicably within 30 days from the date of written notification of the problems by the user. In the event of failure to resolve the dispute amicably, the Romanian courts of law shall have jurisdiction.

Payment is made by reimbursement, upon arrival of the order.

The shipping fee is displayed on the order page, before the order is finalised.
