WARRANTY CERTIFICATE FOOTWEAR / WOMEN


General conditions for granting the guarantee: S.C. BIG BUY 365 S.R.L (hereinafter referred to as Avarca.ro), as the seller of the products, ensures the warranty of the products purchased by you. Please take note of the provisions of this Warranty and keep the purchase invoice (you can find it electronically at the email address entered at the time of the order) for any complaints about product non-conformity. For any complaint, please send us a written notice. The information and composition icons and instructions for cleaning and maintaining the products can be found either on the inside label of the products or on the label attached to them or in the description of the products on the dedicated page on www.avarca.ro Under normal conditions of use , the products are guaranteed for any manufacturing defect for a period equal to the average duration of use. For the warranty, please refer to and observe the cleaning and maintenance instructions specific to each product.

The guarantee becomes inapplicable and Avarca.ro can not be held responsible for any defect that may arise due to:

• the cleaning / washing / maintenance process that does not comply with the product-specific instructions below;

• storing or using products in humidity conditions;

• discoloration as a result of exposure to sunlight or other strong heat sources;

• damage;

• repair or modification made by unauthorized persons;

• misuse by the consumer, other than those for which the product was designed.


Commercial Warranty: Avarca.ro provides for a 2 year product warranty for products sold in the bags and shoes category from the date of receipt of the products, for deficiencies not imputable to the consumer, provided that the recommendations for use and maintenance are followed. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from the date he / she noticed it.

Unless otherwise proven, the lack of conformity occurring within 6 months of delivery of the product is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or lack of conformity. After this period it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the problem existed at the time of the purchase.

In the event of product nonconformity, the consumer has the right to request repair of the product, its replacement or, as the case may be, repayment of the product value. In the event of a complaint, Avarca.ro may repair the product, replace it with an identical one or, if not available, with another product, with the option of paying or refunding a price difference. If it is found that the product can not be repaired, it will replace it. If the product is not available and the consumer does not wish to replace the defective product with another product, the consumer will reimburse the product value within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the written complaint and of the product in question. Any remedy may not exceed 30 calendar days from the date the consumer notifies Avarca.ro of the lack of conformity of the product.

Damage to products such as scratches, stains, ruptures that were not brought to the attention of Avarca.com at the time of receipt of the product by the consumer for the purpose of providing the warranty are not covered by the warranty. Unauthorized use of the product, non-observance of maintenance and cleaning instructions, and its use under conditions other than those for which it was designed will void the warranty. In the specific case of the footwear, discomfort, injuries or deformities of the foot and damage to footwear from the wearing of footwear of a size or shape improper, and improper use or maintenance are the sole responsibility of the consumer and void the warranty. Excessive, abnormal, inappropriate or inappropriate care, negligence, improper use lead to loss of warranty.

Damage due to prolonged contact with water, snow, solvents, fuels, sand, pitch, soft bitumen or other corrosive materials are not covered by warranty. Exceptions make specially designed footwear, fitted with TEX membranes or rubber.

To protect your skin from the action of chemicals, the footwear is painted with plant colors, so the interior paint can migrate. This is not a defect or a complaint. That is why we recommend the use of color fixation products. The footwear can be made partially or entirely by manufacture and as a result may show small differences or irregularities. These are not defects in manufacturing and are an indication of authenticity.

Excessive filling of the bags and exceeding of the maximum permissible weight lead to their deterioration and, implicitly, loss of warranty.

Instructions for use and maintenance of footwear: After every wearing, the shoes are cleaned and put on the chisels suitable for size and shape. It is forbidden to wash the footwear in the washing machine or long contact with water. Making faces strong with water or other liquids may cause the shoe to be loosened, face damage and, implicitly, loss of product warranty. The footwear should be cleaned and dried before applying any gloss for footwear, creams, stains, etc. When using these maintenance products, read carefully the manufacturer's instructions. It is necessary to use the footwear to avoid premature damage to the footwear in the heel area. • Smooth-skinned footwear should be cleaned with a soft cloth or brush without the use of detergents, solvents, bleaches or any other chemicals. They can irritate the appearance of the skin irreversibly. It is forbidden to wash the leather products in the washing machine regardless of the type of washing machine or its optional programs. If the product has been watered under normal conditions (rain, snow), wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and leave it dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources (radiators, cookers, dryers, etc.). The compliance warranty covers facets, soles and lining. Fleas and laces are excluded from the warranty

Instructions for use and maintenance for belts, bags, purses and envelopes: The bags and envelopes sold by Avarca.ro are exclusively for use as accessories and can not be used as travel luggage. The maximum weight for envelopes is 300 gr, for pouches is 1 kg and for bags of 3 kg. Keep the product away from objects that can cause scratches, burns, perforations, or any physical damage that may cause damage. Compliance guarantee refers to the faces and lining of belts, bags, purses and envelopes.
